Sport Slimmer - stability, flexibility, recovery
Slimmer sporten? Het kan!
Annick Cuvelier, fervent sporter maar ook yoga docent maakt ons tijdens een actieve en gevulde week wegwijs in technieken en tools om je stabiliteit, flexibiliteit en herstel als semi-gevorderde sporter grondig te verbeteren.
Een all-in vakantieweek waar sporten en ontspannen gecombineerd worden. Een must voor iedereen die zijn lichaam in optimale conditie wil houden.
Naast dagelijkse yoga sessies worden er begeleide fietsritten gepland (70-100-120km), looproutes uitgestippeld, krachttrainingen voorzien, wandelingen aangeboden én worden aanvullende workshops gegeven (myofascia release workshop, kookdemo : voeding voor betere sportieve prestaties, ..).
Bakken kennis dus.
Pak deze kans om je sportieve jaar vanaf de lente zachte kracht bij te stellen.
weekprogramma
Aankomst op zondag tussen 16-18u, workshops van maandag t/m vrijdag en vertrek op zaterdagochtend.
° Full Board all-in vakantie, met alle maaltijden én workshops inbegrepen/
° Kamers per twee personen, enkele en dubbele bedden beschikbaar.
° Badkamers worden gedeeld per twee slaapkamers.
° Op aanvraag & i.f.v. beschikbaarheid : optie tot een single glamping tent in de tuin, met écht bed maar zonder apart sanitair outdoor.
° Belangrijke nota : eigen fiets en toebehoren zelf meebrengen, transport vanuit België mogelijk op aanvraag!
Deze week gaat door met minstens 10 - maximaal 12 deelnemers.

Your Teacher

I am passionate about yoga, movement and sports, I like to spend time in nature. Growth is one of my core values. Living my fullest potential has always been my drive.
Since the sudden loss of my father at the age of 24, I have been questioning the meaning of life and started the search for my soul path.
In all I did, I always loved to raise the bar, I was very competitive in sports, work and life in general.
In 2012 I felt lost in life, not knowing what to do next, left my job and went on a world trip, which brought me on the yoga path.
Since then I have been diving deep into functional anatomy, physiology, mental health, meditation, breathwork and many styles of yoga. I have gathered this knowledge in a book on yoga “Slimmer sporten met yoga” with the purpose of providing simple yoga tools to move and function better .
With Yoganic Moves, I like to take you on a journey that inspires you to grow, to tap into your soft strength, to empower you to find your courage and take steps in your life. I love to create a safe space, to guide you inward, so you find a deeper connection with yourself, and embrace yourself fully, which is key to thriving in your life. For me the way IN, is the way out, is the way to raise higher, live fully, alligned with who you are.
I have a good understanding of biomechanics and the functioning of the body and use yoga therapeuticially to suit it to your unique needs. In my own journey, I went from being stiff to very flexible, with injuries in both cases. I now walk the middle path, finding balance between strength and flexibility, between effort and ease, between doing and undoing.
My passion is to help you move, breathe and think in optimal ways, so you can function with ease, feel expansive, strong, calm and confident and live your fullest potential.
