This luxury retreat is a true gift for your body, mind and soul.

Take this week to slow down, to step out of your busy life and grant yourself time and space to land into your body. Unfold and nourish yourself, connect to your heart and soul, let go and find peace within. Be your own best friend. 

Breathwork, healthy yoga moves, meditation, tapping, sharing circles, coaching and self-love rituals are the main ingredients we are offering you.

There is plenty of space during the day to do what you love; relax by the pool, read a book, go for a hike, lay in the grass of the lush green gardens on the domaine and just be.

There is really nowhere else to go, 

nothing else to do, 

only gentle flows 

and soft smiles.

Off course your stay with us offers you an all-in experience with deliciously home-cooked vegetarian meals and snacks.

Chef Nele will be nourishing our bodies with her love-infused cuisine

This intimate retreat hosts a maximum of 11 participants, if you feel the call do not hesitate to take this chance!

YOGA

We'll have yoga twice a day. A sweet and juicy session in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening.

All yoga equipment such as mats, blocks and bolsters are provided.

Our morning sessions will be more dynamic and consist of slow vinyasa, embodied and functional movement, meditation and breathwork... 

The afternoon or evening sessions will be a nurturing mix of restorative, yin yoga, myofascia release, meditation, …

You will learn to get in touch with your SOFT strength, a force which doesn't come from forcing and pushing but comes from connecting deep within. You will gain strength in certain parts of your body but also gain the power to choose for yourself and speak your truth. 

We will slow down, soften and open ourselves, find compassion towards ourselves, find a deeper connection with our heart and soul, find presence through the breath and find safety in our body. 

FOOD

Home cooked, vegetarian and/or vegan meals will be prepared according to your needs and preferences. 

Breakfast will be served as a brunch with natural health juices, fruit, healthy pancakes, waffles,...all is prepared in house by ou professional health cook Nelicieuse. 

Snacks, fruit, warm and cold drinks/soda's will be available all day long as well as a snack prior to the yoga sessions in the morning. 

Dinners will be vegetarian and prepared with seasonal local products.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

A guided hike (easy to medium difficulty) with picnic is included, but you choose to join or not. 

We offer some wellness arrangements, sauna is included but massages or other beauty arrangements are to be booked separate.

With the group we will discuss to do some optional activities like kayaking, organise a visit to a medieval town nearby, go on an extra hike, .. 

this one week retreat includes:

• all yoga workshops and meditation sessions (in dutch and/or english)

Your Teacher

Meet Annick, inspirator of Yoganic Moves, Yoga Therapeutic Specialist and full time yoga teacher since 2013


I am passionate about yoga, movement and sports, I like to spend time in nature. Growth is one of my core values. Living my fullest potential has always been my drive.

Since the sudden loss of my father at the age of 24, I have been questioning the meaning of life and started the search for my soul path.  
In all I did, I always loved to raise the bar, I was very competitive in sports, work and life in general.


In 2012 I felt lost in life, not knowing what to do next, left my job and went on a world trip, which brought me on the yoga path.
Since then I have been diving deep into functional anatomy, physiology, mental health, meditation, breathwork and many styles of yoga. I have gathered this knowledge in a book on yoga “Slimmer sporten met yoga” with the purpose of providing simple yoga tools to move and function better .

With Yoganic Moves, I  like to take you on a journey that inspires you to grow, to tap into your soft strength, to empower you to find your courage and take steps in your life. I love to create a safe space, to guide you inward, so you find a deeper connection with yourself, and embrace yourself fully, which is key to thriving in your life. For me the way IN, is the way out, is the way to raise higher, live fully, alligned with who you are.


I have a good understanding of biomechanics and the functioning of the body and use yoga therapeuticially to suit it to your unique needs. In my own journey, I went from being stiff to very flexible, with injuries in both cases. I now walk the middle path, finding balance between strength and flexibility, between effort and ease, between doing and undoing.


My passion is to help you move, breathe and think in optimal ways, so you can function with ease, feel expansive, strong, calm and confident and live your fullest potential.
